Adamed Group on the “Startups in the Palace - Cooperation” Meeting with The President the of Republic of Poland Mr. Andrzej Duda

9 May 2018

This was another meeting in the series of events related to the development of the ecosystem for young technological companies in Poland. The Adamed Group was represented by Marcin Szczeciński, the Head of Capital Investments.

The goal of the event was to create a platform for establishing business relationships between mature entrepreneurs and startups. Thus, it was beneficial for both sides. For the Adamed Group, it was a chance to discover new innovative solutions.

The representatives of almost 40 companies with significant experience (state treasury companies, private companies, and corporations operating worldwide) were invited to participate in the event. The meeting was also attended by startups with which Adamed Group had established cooperation under the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland acceleration program, as they are the partner of the Health path. This body includes Medical Simulation Technologies, DEBN, and SensoriumLab.

Using the huge potential existing in Polish entrepreneurs and creating the right possibilities in the country for them to develop is an important task ahead of us, said Andrzej Duda, the President of Republic of Poland.

“Startups in the Palace” is a series of meetings aimed at supporting young enterprises in searching for growth opportunities, including potential investors, business partners, and new outlets. So far, two events have taken place: “Startups in the Palace”, the first event in September 2016, and “Startups in the Palace B2B” in March 2017. “Startup Breakfasts” held in the Palace have a similar role.
