The winners of the Medical Journalist of the Year
At the beginning of the year, a cyclical meeting of the Journalists for Health Association was held, during which awards were handed out as part the Medical Journalist of the Year competition. The Adamed Group became the partner of the special award in the category of Innovations in medicine and the health protection system in Poland.
Over 150 journalists, doctors and representatives of various institutions and offices from all over Poland took part in the New Year’s meeting of the association. They also participated in the awards gala of the Medical Journalist of the Year competition, which aimed at arousing the media’s interest in medicine and health.
Over 23 main awards and 20 distinctions were handed out in 3 categories. The Adamed Group became the partner of the special prize which is awarded for publications in the area ofInnovations in medicine and the health protection system in Poland. In the category of Press Journalism the award went to Elżbieta Borek from Medical Tribune, Patrycja Michońska from Radio Plus won in the Radio Programmes category and Katarzyna Oborska-Marciniak in the category of TV Programmes. Piotr Poraj-Poleski from TV Polsat received a distinction.
