24 April 2025

For the third year in a row, Adamed Pharma has been awarded the title of the best employer in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry in the prestigious Poland's Best Employers ranking, prepared by Forbes Polska magazine in cooperation with the Statista Research Institute. At the same time, the company ranked 35th in the overall ranking, including a total of 300 best employers in the country.

This is the 5th edition of Poland's Best Employers ranking, which was prepared by the editors of Forbes Polska magazine and analysts from the international research institute Statista. As part of the list, an opinion poll was conducted in October and November 2024, in which participants anonymously rated not only their employer, but also other companies in the sector in which they work. Ultimately, Poland's Best Employers 2025 report covered several hundred employers from about 25 industries, employing at least 250 people. Employees evaluated their organizations in dozens of individual aspects, such as working conditions, relations between employees, sustainable development, image and economic growth.

The results of Poland's Best Employers ranking from previous years also played an important role in the evaluation process, which in the case of Adamed Pharma confirms its stable position and well-established reputation. The company has been the ranking leader in its industry since 2023. One of the factors that contributed to its renewed success is the consistent building of a work environment conducive to the involvement of its Associates.

"Our goal is to attract talents in the country and in all our foreign representative offices. The way Adamed looks today and its position is the result of great commitment and dialogue with our colleagues, who have an impact on the work culture we shape and how Adamed is developing strategically" says Tomasz Krzak, Member of the Management Board, Director of People, Culture and Organisation Development at Adamed Pharma, in an interview with Forbes Polska. At the same time, when asked in detail about the secret of success of being a leader among employers in the industry, he answers:

"Once every two years, we conduct global surveys in all companies, including foreign ones, and in the meantime we do the so-called Pulse Check of Initiatives and Commitments. We check the "pulse of the organization" by diagnosing how the company is currently functioning at the level of individual teams, what is the working atmosphere, whether and what interferes with its proper functioning. The results are a guide to improvements and shaping Adamed's organisational culture. In my opinion, our success is determined by the fact that we actually implement actions that are the result of the analysis of feedback received from all areas of the company, from Associates in various roles, and moreover, in its various locations in the country and around the world."

It is worth noting that Adamed Pharma currently employs nearly 2 800 associates in Poland and its foreign representative offices. It ensures drug safety for millions of patients in the country and on dozens of international markets. For almost 40 years, it has been responding to the key challenges of modern medicine.
