Adamed Pharma is looking for new employees for its state-of-the-art Production and Logistics Centre in Pabianice. During the upcoming two Open Door events scheduled for 8 and 15 July, all prospective candidates will be able to discover more about working for one of the largest pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies.

Adamed Pharma currently employs more than 2700 people in the country and abroad. Due to the scale of its operations and its footprint, the organisation conducts recruitment procedures for a variety of positions on an ongoing basis, starting from manufacturing and laboratory jobs, all the way up to managerial positions. Currently, the greatest number of recruitment procedures are open in manufacturing, focusing on Machine Operators required for the plants in Pabianice and Ksawerów. Forty vacancies are available there. The company is also looking to recruit Quality Analysts, Automation and Mechanic Engineers and Warehouse Staff.

During the Open Day events, which will be held on the first two Saturdays in July from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Production and Logistics Centre in Pabianice, ul. Piłsudskiego 5, candidates will be able to learn about the available vacancies and discuss the possible terms of employment. They will also be able to visit the plant and warehouse to find out more about what their daily work would involve. Additional attractions will also be available throughout the event, such as free blood pressure measurements and competitions with prizes.

Adamed provides its employees with free transport to work from many surrounding locations, offers a competitive salary and the best benefit package for its employees and their families.

“Our team members can count on free transport to and from work, monthly bonuses, free healthcare services and life insurance, lunch money and a cafeteria benefit system for themselves and their families. We are committed to creating a competitive offer for our employees. In April, Adamed Pharma ranked first among employers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry in the prestigious Forbes Polska ranking: Poland’s Best Employers 2023. This accolade demonstrates our commitment to building a friendly, safe and engaging working environment, so I would encourage you even more to take a look at our job opportunities during the Open Days,” says Tomasz Krzak, Member of the Management Board of Adamed Pharma S.A. and Director for the Development of People, Culture and Organisation.

Adamed’s Production and Logistics Centre consists of two manufacturing plants – in Ksawerów and Pabianice. Advanced control systems, state-of-the-art technology and highly qualified staff guarantee the highest quality of the manufactured products. The centre is equipped with ultra-modern lines for tableting and packaging. It also includes a closed zone for the production of steroids and cancer drugs, along with the necessary process facilities.

The ongoing extension of the Production and Logistics Centre is among the key components of Adamed Pharma’s development strategy. The project, which will cost more than PLN 300 million to complete, will bring an increase in the company’s production and warehousing capacities, and support the digitalization of logistics, production and quality processes. Through the implementation of the project, the company is set to improve access to medicines for patients in Poland. By expanding the Pabianice plant, Adamed will enhance its production capacity from 2 billion (2020) to 4 billion tablets (2027), and increase the level of automation and robot-aided processes.
