Małgorzata Adamkiewicz, MD, PhD, among the winners of the Business Woman 2024 plebiscite, appreciated for her social activities!

Małgorzata Adamkiewicz, MD, PhD, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board and Co-owner of Adamed Pharma, was voted by Internet users among the top three awarded in the "Social Activity" category in the prestigious Business Woman 2024 plebiscite. The results of the ranking – organized by the editors of Puls Biznesu – were announced during a ceremonial gala that took place on November 28, 2024 in Warsaw.

Małgorzata Adamkiewicz, MD, PhD, was appreciated by the voters for her positive impact on the environment and for her empathy, openness and social sensitivity. It was on her initiative that the Adamed Foundation was established in 2014, whose flagship project is the ADAMED SmartUP program – which has been supporting young talents in their development in the field of exact and natural sciences for 10 years. Over the decade, the Foundation's program has been a huge success. To date, nearly 80,000 participants have registered, 500 have taken part in science camps, and 100 winners have received prizes in the form of 10-month individual consultations. In 2023, the Adamed Foundation initiated another socially important program – the "Supportive School". This project offers tools for comprehensive psychological support for children and adolescents, and its aim is to prevent suicidal behavior and support the mental health of the young generation.

Adamed Pharma, whose Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board and co-owner is Małgorzata Adamkiewicz, MD, PhD, has been actively implementing such important health programs as "Deep Breath", "Finding Yourself", "Heart Anew" and "Adamed for Seniors" for many years. In addition, the company educates patients, pharmacists and doctors as part of the Adamed Expert website and consistently supports the public in crisis situations, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, the conflict in Ukraine or natural disasters. In this way, through its activities, Adamed Pharma shows that corporate social responsibility is an integral part of its strategy, including both spreading knowledge, preventive health care and responding to the sudden challenges of the present.

The Business Woman 2024 plebiscite is part of the 100 Business Women ranking and aims to distinguish women who have a significant impact on the development of entrepreneurship and society. The nominees were selected by the editors of the Puls Biznesu daily paper, while the final winners were selected by readers in an online vote.
