Adamed Pharma in the Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council

27 November 2023

Poland’s 18 largest private companies have established the Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council (PGEC). The Council’s goal is to protect the Polish economic interest by increasing competitiveness of the national economy and the number of Polish global companies. Adamed Pharma is also among the organisations.

The Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council is an employers’ association established on 1 January 2023 by a group of Polish companies with the most experience and success in foreign expansion. The organisation’s inaugural conference, held on 23 November, was attended by representatives of the Council’s founding companies: Ryszard Florek, President of the Management Board of Fakro, Adam Sikorski, President of the Management Board of Unimot S.A., Katarzyna Dubno, Adamed Pharma, and the PGEC board: Grzegorz Piątkowski and Michał Broniewicz.

In the newly-formed Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council, Adamed Pharma would like above all to put emphasis on cooperation – within the Council, but also with other organisations – in building a strong position of Polish companies in international markets. Creating a favourable environment for the development of domestic exporters guarantees both strengthening the domestic economy through a positive impact on GDP or trade balance, but also of Poland’s position through an active presence on the international stage, including in the European Union,” says Katarzyna Dubno, Director for External Relations, ESG and Health Economics of Adamed Pharma S.A., a founding member of PGEC.

The main goal of the Council is to share knowledge, information, experiences and best practices on global market operations and support the expansion of Polish companies into foreign markets. Sharing experiences and best practices

The Polish Global Entrepreneurs Council was established by representatives of the following companies: Adamed Pharma, Canpack, Cinkciarz.pl, Columbus Energy, Fakro, G2A PL, Green Holding, Inter Cars, Maspex, Mercator Medical, Oshee, Rohlig Suus, Selena FM, Synthos, Unimot, Wawrzaszek ISS, Wielton, and Wiśniowski.
