Project Management Department

The R&D Project Management Department is in charge of tasks relating to all stages of the project life cycle: from executive analysis and project prenomination, to development and achievement of the assumed objective, which is a new product launch. Offering significant added value, the formulations developed at Adamed meet ever-evolving patient needs, which differentiates them from other products on the market.

The R&D Project Management Department coordinates both internal development projects, which are conducted at two locations: Pieńków and Pabianice, as well as external projects where some, or all, of the project stages are completed outside company premises. The PMD conducts R&D projects in areas including medicinal products (RX/OTC), food supplements (FS), medical devices (MD), cosmetics, as well as active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). Among those, co-funded projects play a very important role and are subject to additional restrictions and legal obligations. The Department also runs several dozen projects aimed at launching Adamed’s products in other markets through the existing and newlyestablished foreign representative offices.

The main tasks of the Project Management Department include ensuring effective information flow, control over project schedules and budgets, as well as project risk management. One of its regular activities is establishing and maintaining relations with third-party companies, as well as tech trend analysis and innovative state-of-the-art studies relevant for the company’s development.

The PMD staff respond to constant changes, gather experience, and continuously enhance their skills while making sure that the Department’s management methodology meets the needs of the R&D organisation as a whole, allowing it to maximise its potential.
